Please add the model of machine and if possible the serial number to the order notes to ensure the correct unit is supplied. They are all the same unit but there is a small difference of pin out between the machine models requiring a small change.

The unit may need configuring, To do this you had to switch off the machine, hold down
the 1st 2nd buttons on the control pad and whilst holding them down, switch on
and wait 15 secs.
Standard shipping is normally 5-7 days. Next working day is available on checkout, where a part is special order or out of stock and next day delivery is chosen it will be fast tracked on arrival for next day delivery. Special order parts are ordered on our suppliers when we receive an order and are non returnable, shipping is normally 7-10 days but can be longer from some manufacturers.
